One woman’s working life in this video: Wake up early, thinking about meetings while brushing her teeth, two hours commute, work until darkness, thinking about meetings before going to sleep. Doesn’t see daylight during the day.
Too many of us live a miserable life in today’s society.

Im not saying this about all females, but last female that I worked with was really mean, and constantly criticized other workers, so that they would look bad in order for her to try to get a promotion. Eventually we lost the majority of our team because noone wanted to work with her anymore. Then she quit and went to another company.

SOS...same old stuff...in the U S industry...when you hit 40, upper management talks about getting younger blood into the company, and will fire you for some made up b s. If you hoard your knowledge, you are not a team player. If you help the inexperienced, then you are a target for termination. I lasted until the wafer fab was shutdown when I guarded my knowledge like a NASCAR racing team. And I lasted less than one year when I shared what I knew.

Thats every industry, finance, fashion, marketing, engineering they want young guys and fire the old guys
One of the smartest engineers I knew said that his biggest mistake was going to college instead of taking a park ranger job that he was offered before he went to college, that pay wasn't much but was a government job so it was stable, he would walk around all day instead of being overweight and sitting in front of a computer, suffering from various health issues due to his sedentary job. And guaranteed annual raises would mean he would eventually get a decent paycheck. All that extra money he earned from engineering was spent on relocating his wife and kids or eaten up in unemployment.

That's person is delusional... how can you forget how old you are?!?! No wonder the company fired her. Also, if her choice was to take a pay cut or get fired... she chose to get fired in this environment, is obviously the wrong decision. She did the company a favor for picking getting fired. Seriously, it would be much much better to look for another job while you are still employed... as that shows the other company you still have value in this difficult environment. Once you are laid off, just like other left over women, the company she is applying for will think... why isn't she employed? Darling ( the first woman at the beginning of the video):
Everything you did was perfect and seems like it is a desease all companies want to let go employees that has seniority instead keep them it was your case the owner or your boss was figuring out to find a mistake on your negotiation with the rent’s office facility he could’ve find the mistake. Then clearly let you go it was implicit since you was the perfect employee you barely believe it.
A suggestion from Monster in EUA said that it was not good to stay in a job more than three years was good to move to another company to get more experience. All people think different.
If you had moved to another job you got more experience than just in one company get experience in another company is excellent doesn’t affect your previous experience.

In China, nothing will help you
Even if you change your career
Since China is losing all the international companies, and even the real Chinese companies are moving out of China .
Where you will find a job if there is not more. Maybe you are considering moving another country if you still have a chance .
China is turning poor again. At least one day, China has a good democratic government

This has been going far longer than reported even here....And you will see and hear of this in the future as China is losing more and more of its incentives to Western businesses each day....Not to mention how ruthless China is to older women they consider "Throw-Away" women.Peace

Apparently, the first woman should look up the definition of "boss". You can give your opinion to the boss, but at the end, you alway have to agree, or quit. Arguing is not not going to solve anything... I bet she has two cats and no man at home.

    Rinse & Repeat
I started laughing out loud when the first lady said she was HR. One of the easiest job/departments to outsource.
3:40 A woman in her thirties learned that she is oddly happy making a beautiful home for those she loves. Wow, what a concept.
6:00 Yes, she's getting it, she's getting it... she's going to give motherhood a try.... no, she's going to open a dumb shop. Amazing these intelligent women ignored biology class that their fertility peaks by 25. No, let's work and pay taxes and then have kids like men who father children after they are dead. Yes ladies, DEAD men have had better reproductive success than your frozen eggs.
Woman hate the car analogy because it's so true; the wealthy man drives his LAST car off the showroom floor.
