They will not be bringing that tub on the roof back into commission unfortunately but if I rented that place I’d put a standalone tub up there for ice baths 🥶😎☀️. I would ask when negotiating the contracts about the mattress situation. They are unacceptable imo for move-in. A new pillow top is only like $5,000mxn… maybe they could take that off the deposit if you buy it. Thanks for watching!

I found the one on 90th by what’s app messaging about a different apartment… when I reached out wanting to see the original one, he told me it was rented but that he had a different one to show me! As far as apartment #2.. my old neighbor was apartment hunting and I asked her to keep an eye out for me… she put me in contact with the manager of that one. Thanks for watching 😎☀️🏝️

There is a pool right outside our door with a private sitting area all on the ground floor. It's short term at 16500. You found some nice examples to show what else could be had in the price range. It has been pretty quiet mostly as far as traffic. This week has been a little louder with the Christmas events going on in the plaza which redirects traffic to our street, 6nte. If you haven't checked out the little plaza over here, i think you may like a short visit. Food vendors are rollin about 7 to 8pm but they are going into the night to about 12. And thank you for always responding in kind. I'm sure you have plenty of others to respond to as well, maybe a part of TH-cam people don't count on.

Hey bro i use to live at the italian building on 90 and now i live at magic paradise 😅. I live on the floor below the ph and the club noise is not bad at all, this place is worth the price they ask. I can hook you up with totalplay within 24h, free installation 👍

Yes Jiji that spot was hard for me to turn down!! The location is insane and that kitchen is massive… they don’t make em like that in the new buildings! And yes indeed they will at least clean up the roof… I’m hoping they’ll even do an outdoor dining/seating setup but we shall see! Either way, sweet deal and sweet place to get some full body sun 😜😎🏝️☀️❤️

Yes ovens are quite uncommon in (older buildings and houses) Mexico but some of the newer buildings definitely have them! A lot of Mexicans I’ve known, if they do have an oven, just use it for storage 😅😅. Thanks for the great question Randy and checking out the video! ❤️☀️🏝️😎
My opinion is you should give us the prices in dollars. Otherwise it is confusing. To me when I rent the place has to be finished, clean and functional…they ask for money before we can see the results…the first apartment maybe close to the beach but far from supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. Looks like the neighborhood is run down, streets and sidewalks not good for a retired person…I would no hanged there in the evenings…😂😂😂. I would be willing to pay a bit more and live in a decent neighborhood.

I used to live near apartment #1 and let me say, the neighborhood looks worse than it is. But yes, apartment #2 is much more friendly to elderly/retired/or disabled folks for sure and the elevator is big enough to accommodate a wheelchair/helper/assistant/caregiver. Hi: Didn't notice any A/C splits in Apartment #1. Is it equipped with A/C? Also like your camouflage hat, did You buy that in Mexico or in the States?
I believe there’s an ac unit in both bedrooms and the living/dining area in apt #1!
