I really enjoyed watching this. In the late 70's, many years my father I would attend computer meetings at the Central Florida Computer Society (CFCS). I had a TRS-80 Model I and learned a lot about the machine and how to program it in Z80 assembly language.

I was 17 in 1977. My dad and I wrote Games Pack I for the TRS-80. The publishing company, Micro Pro International was actually an office in a barn on a pig farm in south Georgia, USA, and they advertised in the back of some of the TRS-80-oriented magazines. Games included traditional games like Poker, Blackjack, and Battleship. We even wrote a Monopoly that ran in 48K. The computer drew the board, rolled the dice, performed all the deeds, banking, community chest and chance cards, property auction duties, and even played against you. We were very proud of that. Battleship was great. It won about 60% of the time. People called to ask how we got the AI so good with only 16K of RAM. I said we worked very hard on that, which we did, but the secret was that the computer secretly took up to five guesses at your position before declaring a miss. But it was fun to play!

Thanks for posting the video. I did not own a Tandy TR-80 computer so it was interesting to find out about them.
I remember that there used to be a computer show that ran for almost 20 years but the show stopped and I don't know of any local shows in my area so it was fun to see this one. I understand that Dungeons of Daggorath (I hope I spelled it right) was specific to the TRS-80 so pretty cool that you got the actual game.

My First Computer (TRS-80 Model 1 (Level 1 Basic)). Mowed lot of lawns and Raked a lot of Grass over the summer to pay off the Radio Shack Layaway. I still have it in the original box.

All those vintage R/S Computers makes your mouth water, but saw a cassette and remember having to re-'Cload' a tape if the volume not set right.

I got my Model I in ‘78 and since then, have had 2-3 new computers every year. Wish I had held on to some of the Tandy lineup.

I am seriously considering attending this show next October. I didn't have a CoCo, but I had a Model I and the Direct Connect Modem II you show at the beginning. That modem was the first one Radio Shack made that had automatic dialing and auto-answer, as opposed to the Direct Connect Modem I that just had an Originate & Answer switch to turn it on, but nothing automatic.
