I love the way many of these Soldiers go from knowing nothing about riding or horses to being best of mates with the horses, and really forging that bond of mutual respect and yes, affection. I've seen big tough looking officers choking up because their charger is being retired, because these horses become their friends, fellow soldiers.

It's so awesome seeing this vlog because I watch the Horse Guard Channels daily and I have seen these officers but not as up close as on this vlog this is great.
The musical seems like gun and entertainment. Well it is for the audience. For the Household Cavalry its discipline, team work, being trustworthy to your team and them to you. Care of your horse and equipment. All these skills as they work together canbe transferred to working in the armoured Regiment as the scout shead the rest of the srmy on training or a battlefield. Yes its new that I'm in Russia at space. So they would put me there on horses this way in Russia but I was super unwell at time. Because I'm a digni, I get the privilege per orignal agreement to be on steads this way in Russia.
Yes of course! King Charles owns much land in London. Horses and their Guard riders also go to the seaside for several weeks in summer. See the pricked ears and shiny coat and muscles? No cruelty at all.. Look locally for your sanctuary and worry about *those badly abused horses?
@@emmsue1053 Ein Lauftier braucht mehr als ein paar Stunden Auslauf und ein Fluchttier gehört nicht mitten in die Stadt, vor allem nicht, wenn es dort lange still stehen muss.
Jaa dann darf es auch keine Polizei Pferde geben 🤦 die Pferde werden dafür ausgebildet und trainiert und auch nicht jedes Pferd wird dafür genutzt genauso wie bei der Polizei, die Tiere haben weiden und die bekommen die auch ,informiere dich besser , wie viele Reitställe in Deutschland bekommen nicht mal die Pferde ansatzweise große boxen und regelmäßig weide Gang . Und bei Hund usw kann ich dir genauso einiges erzählen was sich nicht gehört wenn es danach geht und trotzdem machen es fast alle @@myx_2706

Their colour is determined by their skin, not their coat/mane. Which is why many horses with white coats are often called greys.
Black horses bleach out in the sun and can look reddish…
