Is this ok to do? Can you only do it on some battery's or will all of them happily work vertically rather than flat? Makes it a lot neater and easier to mount if that is the case! Hi, great and impressive work . I would like know about opposite feature compatibility in the emulator. Can I connect low voltage battery (12V-48V) with a high voltage inverter
😍Hi Dala, thanks a lot for your work!! I have been thinking about changing the battery in my leaf for a long time and using it at home. Unfortunately my son had an accident, in which luckily nothing happened to him, but the poor car was unrecoverable. Knowing your project, we are left with the battery. The lilygo says that the battery and the inverter are ok but the Fronius Gen24 primo gives an isolation error 1082. Do you know what we could have done wrong? Thanks
And suddently anyone able to use this hardware/software, can diagnose a electrical car battery and change the cells needed.... on electric cars also (not only for solar storage)
Hello Dala, do you know if there will ever come a Hybrid Inverter that also supports bidirectional DC-DC electric car charging? It just seems like a waste to have a seperate DC charger for the car, with almost the same hardware as the inverter. If this comes to market, i will jump on the solar/battery bandwagon
@@DalasEVRepair Hi Dala, i plan to assemble a hybrid residential solar system, and i decide go with fronius gen24 plus inverter, but i can’t purchase the overpriced BYD battery in here, Indonesia, so does this project will allow me to use a DIY lifepo4 battery pack? Hello Dala. A simple question: I bought used 24KWh nissan leaf battery with all the plugs. And the thing that puzzles me is that (it seems to me) there is different pin layout in the round plug. I mean in my original plug (that I got with the battery, it still hase som 20cm of cables attached) the only pair that is twisted (blue/green cable) which I think is CAN, goes to pins 4-5 and another two cables (thicker red and gray) go to pins 1-2. It looks like mirror of your design from github. I write here about the pin markings I can see on the plug - when looking at the front of the plug (seeing the holes), looking this way, pin numbers increase from right to left, just as in your drawing, but the original connection is different). Am I wrong or you just numbered the pins in the socket in the battery "your way"?
