Ecuador's Youngest Mayor Shot to Death in Car

- Ecuador’s youngest mayor, Brigitte Garcia, has died. Garcia was elected mayor of San Vicente in 2023. One of her most recent projects was improving the water supply to the town. Ecuadorian police say two people were found shot to death inside a rented car on March 24. Law enforcement identified them as Garcia and Jairo Loor, the mayor’s communications director. Garcia was 27 years old.

He ended up in prison for 'religious' reason.

What you all don't understand is that alot of people get rich because of corruption and keeping their own people in a state of desperate poverty. It doesn't only happen in Africa. These corrupt people will go as far as to commit murder in order to sustain their criminal enterprise.
Don't use the continent of Africa in your example without also bringing up Western influence perpetuating that behavior and when it doesn't work, financing a coup.
@TheUAProdigy hi, sorry for the late reply, but here it is. Firstly, I meant no disrespect in using Africa as an example, but as you eluded, it happens a lot there, albeit by the wicked influence of the West.
Since Africa has become the primary topic, my issue with Africa is that the leaders sell out the people (and the land) to buy villas, cars, clothes, and tons of makeup and bleaching creams for their wives. The politians and the so-called pastors do it... and the people let them do it. Many Africans speak in condemnation of the west, but they really idolize the west. For example, they try to mimic the stupid mannerisms of rappers but just look foolish doing it. There's much more I can say, but let me know your views.
