Fun Fact: On 11:29 the "weird" letters on the character's neck are greek's alphabet characters. Even though this not an actual word, If you read them out loud, you can kinda translate it to "die"

Yeah sure! I'm no expert but check out rightstufanime online (good for buying in bulk), ebay, etc. Also check out mangaswap on reddit!!! Lastly, make sure to check out your local discount book stores!!!
If you can read Japanese, then you can buy 100 manga for under $5 USD. The English version costs a lot of $ because you are paying for the translation, but if you buy it in the Japanese version, then it is a lot cheaper, since they are just using the recycled paper.

I'm super excited for both! Just wrapped up A Silent Voice / Koe no Katachi not too long ago as well. Probably my favorite manga to date thus far (favorite anime film as well).
Can't wait for Uzumaki and YLIP, I hear SOOO many awesome things about them!

Man you gotta read pandora Hearts. I can't really explain the story but it's truly a masterpiece for me and a lot of other people, the story is so complex and beautiful. Also prepare a lot of tissues and prepare your heart

Absolutely insane manga haul, I wish I had the space to store manga. That's why I like the manga that are one volume like I Want to Eat Your Pancreas and Uzumaki. Great video bro, but make sure you dont spend your college fund on manga lol

I have watched anime for years but only this year I decided to buy manga. I must have spent like £200 ish already trying to get loads of volumes and catch up to everyone 😅. I have about 8 series ongoing

What’s everyone’s favourite store (online or physical location) to buy manga?
Well I know everyone says Barnes and nobles and places like that aren’t the best place to get manga because of the price but I personally like it and books a million is a good place online especially right now because they’re kind of having a sale on manga
for me atm, it’s right stuf !!! packaging and manga quality have been really good so far. i love going to barnes and noble too for the experience of shopping in person for manga, though i can’t make a habit of it cuz it’s more expensive lol

Buying in bulk is more cheaper than buying in singles. I would buy it in singles if it wasn’t for the ridiculous price per volume.

What is Manga swap or how does it work because I am kinda confused sorry
manga swap or rather r/mangaswap is a subreddit community on Reddit that allows you to buy, sell, and trade manga with other users around the country or world! there’s a good amount of moderating and they mandate you use paypal when sending or receiving payments from others. check it out and read their description and rules on reddit! obviously there are scammers sometimes but they implement a lot of measures to minimize them. gotta be quick to jump in on an offer tho, cuz sales can happen really quickly!

hey man! honestly if you just look up lofi anime music on youtube or elsewhere, you’ll find a bunch of stuff!!! that’s what i did. i probably should have put some credits in the bio to the artists, even tho i’m pretty sure they’re royalty free / copyright free. i’ll try to do that next time for you guys!
you said you don’t typically pay retail for your manga cause it’s expensive and you’re not wrong ! so i was curious as to where you typically shop at?
because i like to buy in bulk, i usually go with rightstuf!!! if i can’t get it on rightstuf, then i go for amazon (retail, yes, but at least i have prime shipping). i also check out mangaswap on reddit for good deals regularly. lastly, i go with barnes and noble online or in store if i can’t find the thing i’m looking for in the above three! (this is the usual thought process for me atm, tho not always the case)

@@WolfManga well I just started yet to read the light novel but the anime both season 1 and 2 only covers the 1-4 vol of the light novel and the movie covers 5th vol and the total volume of light novel series is 17 so maybe if you enjoy the anime it might as well you'll also enjoy the light novel

Haha, well I’m more about the story aspect of these. However, I do love great music which is why I plan to watch the anime afterward.
I’ve read and watched the series. Honestly reading it was still very enjoyable, the art is so good. I think the ending hit me harder reading the manga as well
Your lie in April is a good anime not so much a good manga because the music is a big part of it and clearly you can’t hear the music in the manga

Yes, in hindsight I should have gotten the box set! However, I had already been collecting plenty of the single vols before I considered it, and so I'm just following through with that now at this point, since I'm already several vols in. For re, however, I'm considering the box set if/when it's in stock on right stuf

Not yet! I plan on reading through the series in its entirety tho! Currently on volume 8 👌🏼
