Great video Megan as always, your approach to fitness and eating with balance is a fresh approach. I personally track my food but I concentrate mainly on protein and iron 😊

AHHHHH (sorry I’m dramatic 😂) but I really appreciate you for uploading this video. I’m doing exactly what the title says. Im on my weight loss journey and I workout 4-5 days a week and I don’t track anything. No macros, micros, calories or anything and I’m still losing weight. Im trying to develop a healthy lifestyle and mindset when it comes to food. I’m tired of diets and limiting foods that I want to eat. I guess you could say I’m “intuitive eating” but if I label it it’ll feel like a diet to me again lol. I just eat what I want, what’s nutritional for my body, what makes my body feel good and what my body needs and want. every now and then I’ll have an unhealthy meal which is usually fast food lol but I like these videos keep them up!
