Just for your curiosity:
Garabandal in Spain, Lourdes in France, Assisi in Italy and Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina, all located almost on the same exact latitude (~43 degrees) north. It is as four pearls are strung on the same thread.
Similarly, Fatima in Portugal, Guadalupe in Spain and Akita in Japan, all located almost on identical northern latitude (~39.5+ degrees). It is as three pearls are strung on the same thread.
All places are blessed with Mary’s apparitions, apart from Assisi which is the birthplace of St Francis.
I am happy to hear this from Conchita. I watched this video last night and again today. I did not know about the Blessed Mother appearing in Garabandal. I heard a beautiful, beautiful lady's voice in about 1987, while I was in a wonderous beam of heavenly light. She told me about some personal things in my future (much has now passed), because I needed her compassion. I don't remember everything she said, but one thing I do remember her saying was, .."the touch of the hand of the Blessed Mary."
I saw the picture of the miracle of Conchita receiving communion! Amazing! First time I've heard about the apparitions of Garabandal.
The Blessed Mother only does what she does to help get closer to our lord god.. she loves us so much.. yet people reject her. Im of the thinking that anyone who helps me lead me and my family closer to Jesus is a godsend. God bless you conchita.. God Bless..

My goodness I hope the Chastisement doesnt come and we listen GREATLY to the warning and miracle. I pray for my daughter and all the youth because its horrible now.Many parents don't seem to really care about teaching their children about God.That frightens me!
What makes conchita look so beautiful is her heart. She has God's peace in her heart and in her mind.. All those rosary prayers seem to permeate outwardly. God bless her..Loving god, knowing his son died in the cross for the world,, praying the holy rosary and living and leading a good life brings us to this state that she is in.. if we want it.. we must be the same way.. I think egoism is so great in the world that every nation and every person feels that he is more important than others. We need to reconcile and help each other instead.

@BRAWN1228 The girls did come out and, for a time, say they were faking their apparitions. In fact they had predicted they would do this as our Lady had told them that they would. But their 'admissions' were just symbolic of the confusion that the Church would undergo. All the girls eventually confirmed their experiences were genuine. But there is enormous documentary evidence, video, photographic and witness testimonies that the authenticity of everything is certain.
Its time to be truly sorry for our sins. Prayer and Penance are the only tool which are going to save us. Love and Sacrifice should be at top of our To-do list from here on to achieve salvation. This is my understanding of Conchita Gonzalez's message from Virgin Mary Mother of Jesus.
I pray that people open their hearts to accept truth as told throught Christ's church. St. Michael pray for us. Immaculate heart of Mary pray for us. Amen. We need the intercession of heaven especially in these times.

Yes, although I had intended preparing subtitles for Conchita's responses, I eventually decided that adding subtitles would distract from the overall impression Conchita makes as a person in the video. Her English is not very good even apart from her accent and this becomes especially noticeable when written down as text!

Brecans, She has not waivered in her view that she has seen the Blessed Mother since confirming that view in the original interview. Conchita reversed her statement in a subsequent interview. First, she was talking about when she had period of denial ,when she was 18 years old.
(which by the way, the Blessed Mother predicted she would doubt, but later recant that testimony )
Go watch her updated 1980 BBC interview. She does NOT say that. IN FACT,she says at the 21:00 min. mark she is asked if she believes NOW,and she responds "I BELIEVE VERY STRONGLY ! "

Yes, Conchita is rather difficult to understand but the interviewer obviously has the same difficulty so his repeating of some of her answers is helpful ! If you watch/listen a few times you do get to understand her accent. However, I think it is a good idea to add subtitles so I will try to do so in the next few days.
@ladysoufaniehmirna We are still awaiting the fulfillment of the main Garabandal prophecies. There are a many websites giving information about the events of Garabandal. I have put several links on my own website (links cannot be posted in these replies).

Her feeling that she was "fooling" people in describing the apparitions could be explained by their somehow misunderstanding. There would not have to be any fault in her account or in the truthfulness of it.

@Goldenchild795 This is one of the difficult things that the children mentioned. I think we simply do not know what Our Lady may have meant when referring to this matter. She may have been simply referring to the big expansion of Communism prior to its demise in the 1990s.
@Goldenchild795 Well I think so, because we know certain characteristics of the Medugorje secrets, the first one is about a great catastrophie in a zone of the earth, the second has to do with a purification event (I think is the Warning mentioned at Garabandal) , the third is a about a sign that will remain in the mountain from the apparitions forever, and the 7th secret is about a threat for the human being that has been drecreasing because of the praying and fasting .Greetings.
@Goldenchild795 Well, I believe it is close but how close is close! It could be tommorrow, it could be in 10 years. It certainly seems as if it will be in the lifetime of Joey but it will certainly be in the lifetime of Conchita.

Very good chance the 3rd secret of Fatima and the garabandal message coincide. Pope Francis very close to consecrating Russia to the immaculate heart of Mary just like the blessed Virgin requested in 1917.. I believe both are tied together. .lets hope the consecration of Russia by pope Francis and the bishops of Portugal is completed on May 13, 2013 or shortly thereafter. This world needs divine guidance now!! God bless!!
It would be a change in the whole humanity very soon, what I believe is that the virgin Mary that they saw it is an ascended master that does this job for people who follow the catholicity, i don't know what the miracle and the warm is about , but whatever it is is for the whole humanity , is not just for this believers or the others. every religion is saying that something is going to happens now, every cyclops something is happening for the whole humanity.
She sounds as if she is keeping her options opened. She either seen the Blessed Mother or not.
Her demeanor is 100% AUTHENTIC.. I BELIEVE HER MESSAGE!.She's in her 60s now so warning is soon. With all the turmoil in church.. expect the immediate rise of communism again. God Bless!!

While I DO believe Conchita is completely SINCERE in what she believes she saw, it is clear that no testing of the spirit occured. The bible warns us to "test the spirit";2 make the aparition we see confess Jesus is Lord. 2 many times we neglect 2 do this, believing what we see 2 be of God.Jesus' sacrifice was COMPLETE. We CANNOT rob God of HIS glory by "penance" or "good works". Our works do NOT save us. Only Jesus saves. Eph 2:8-9; Acts 4:12 If of God, the aparition will not contradict bible.
