Anyone trying to understand Our Lady of Garabandal through a few videos will be left confused. Sweet Lolli was VERY uncomfortable with all of the 'public' part of her experience. She is uncomfortable in everything I've seen (Spanish, German or anything) she was a sweet, humble woman and wonderful child who was thrust into a serious world with a serious message. This lovely lady asked Our Lady to suffer for priests and her request was granted; she died a long painful and early death from pulmonary fibrosis. The 'confusion' all the girls experienced after their experience was also deliberate. That may be difficult for non Catholics to understand, but (at least Conchita was told) the confusion was a 'metaphor' for what would occur in the Church--a state of confusion, distrust, etc.. almost immediately after our Lady telling them they would 'doubt', the Church began the decline into confusion, apostasy, etc.. these lady's are loving and devout. For those who doubt their sincerely because they didn't become clergy, remember, marriage IS a sacrament! Perhaps with less sacrifice, but a blessed state of life nonetheless. Padre Pio was aware of the visitations of the Virgin to the girls and recommended pilgrimages. It is probably a good idea to read about the apparitions first, then watching the interviews. Pray for us sweet sister Lolli.

When you said that about marriage being a sacrament, it reminded me of Mary Loli's wedding picture. I never saw a more modestly dressed bride! I was very impressed by that.

It's obvious why this is such a tough interview for her. She was trying to show respect without giving away the fact the warning was still over 40 years away. Otherwise, people say: "This is not of my lifetime" and go back to lukewarmness. She did not want to be the reason people stopped caring or believing. Also, memories of visions fade just like any other, there's only so many ways you can retell an event, and as the years pass, it's just a memory as any other.

The priest is trying to see if she's lying.

No. He is trying to ascertain the facts. Slight difference.

It seems that the priest doing the interview is speaking 100 words to Mary Loli's one. I really don't understand her reluctance to speak, and her seeming indifference to everything.

True but she waa clear about the warning. It will be inside us

As a Catholic, she was showing respect to the priest next to her by only answering his questions. Her English was not as good as his. You misinterpret her respectful passivity for indifference.

Motor Mouth interview techniques really didn’t help.

Shame the priest dictated the conversational direction and rarely waits for any extensive answer.
    He basically couldn’t simply listen.

I don’t like to speak poorly of the dead, but she did not give a very good interview. What is going to happen now that she is deceased if she was the only one who knows the date of this happening.

@Paloma SavaengcharoenWell she did suffer. She suffered because she had health problems. She had heath problems, now she's dead.

you say she didn't give a very good interview .The way I see this interview English is not her first language so it's hard for her to translate some of her words so she gives short answers .I think she did just fine .
