Im searching for an exhaust which sound beefy but not too high pitched and screamy in high revs for e39.

Nope. If you can fine tune the sound so the V6 does not come roaring like a rice then it is a massive addition to the overal sound impression. It makes especially turn heads when you roll real slow and let the engine just slightly bubble :) it needs just a tick of a change
i dont like it...its better if you put hole in stock exhaust system near engine....sounds like fucking sports car...i got that on my fiat bravo 1.4 year 1998 and it sounds like fucking lamborghini :)
