Zack, you are truly one of the best, if not THE best, kettlebell instructor on this platform. You are much appreciated. I love your videos and learning a ton from them. They are also the only videos I have the patience to watch fully and without increasing the playing speed. 😁🙏

Zack, I was going through a few of your old videos, trying to find a specific video tutorial (as yours are really great!), and I noticed that although you have done one on the TGU & one on the windmill (both excellent, BTW!), but I couldn't find any on the bent press.
I think this is a somewhat difficult exercise to master & would appreciate your take/views on how to teach/learn this.
Could/Would you do one for us please?
    Thanks!

Hey Shantanu, I appreciate your kind words! I myself don't train or coach the bent press. I'd suggest checking out Dave "Iron Tamer" Whitley or Holly + Arryn for the best BP content!

      @@ZackHenderson Oh, alright. I didn't know... That's interesting!
May I ask why that is so?
I mean, you have promoted lesser known exercises like the bottoms-up press, and the bent press is supposed to be one of the 'staples'... Do you not find it beneficial? Or, do you think the risk:benefit (risk:reward) ratio just isn't worth it?
So many people seem to think this is a worthwhile movement pattern to learn, so would like to hear your thoughts about it...
P.S.: Thanks for the resources! I'll definitely check them out!

Yep - mostly a risk/reward issue. It’s a great lift but one that is tricky to learn (and teach) via video.

      @@ZackHenderson Hmm...I understand, and agree.

Thanks Zach. This technique video is a real girlfriend to me. I wanted to learn this move but had no idea how to get started. Thanks for making this video and sharing it with us.
