I am now looking for a kalimba too, and the prize difference between Kalimbas is really estonishing me. I bought a cheap Kalimba, to try and see if I would like that instrument. But of course, for 20$ the quality was very bad. The Kalimba is getting out of tune after 2 minutes of play. I also found Kalimbas for more than 100 $. So here is my question : what is the prize for a good quality kalimba ? Thank you very very much for your answere. Clarisse
its actually not that bad! :0 the nails do most of the contact with the keys, the flesh of the thumb is really only for "navigation" cos nails dont have feelings hehehe
