I did unfortunately I lost the clip when i added it and the crayfish to the blender. Adding the garri is totally optional; most times i don't add garri to mine
@@cryptowarmates6215 did you use the sharp potash? There is 2 types of potash, one is sharp and the other one is not. So when you use the one that is not sharp, it doesn't thicken your owo. And also do allow your owo to cool down a bit before adding the oil ❤
Please let us go back to the original Edo owo soup,that use crayfish as thickener at most if there's no enough crayfish , onions could be added, tomatoes gives it a very sharp taste,l met and grew up with the former, thank you,

It's the potash that you use. It does happen to me sometimes until I started using the sharp shinning potash.

You can use a little if it is liquid meat stock but be careful not to use too much so your owo will not be watering.
