I think in this movie's canon, there was a story where Alfred had some Dionesium (The chemical name DC came up with for Lazarus Pit water) from the Lazarus pit that Bruce brought back to revive him after some event that killed him. Alfred here has slowed down aging as a side effect of small-dose Dionesium (You need a lot for immortality) and is physically a 60-70 year old. [Spoiler Alert] By the end of this story though, he got a sudden heart attack and died. The dionesium probably just wore off after all those years.

vincentx915 Superman's supposedly is as strong as him; plus, Superman could have taken that blast without feeling pain as he has survived cosmic superpowers such as supernovas.
Super-man apparently in comics has a special invisible energy field around him which grants him his immunity to bullets and is the reason why his suit is so hard to damage
This is a superman that is theoretically just as out of his prime as Batman is, it is the start of the Iron Age rather than silver age. Though it could also be the radiation from the warhead futzing with him even as seperate sub-critical masses. Nuclear bombs produce ionising radiation which is extremely poisonous and kills cells. It is not stated but implied in the comics that ionising radiation could weaken/kill superman like it does with plants.
+Rajdeep Singh these are sun flowers which are known to face the sun and use sun energy to grow, like superman.
Superman looks like Michael Jackson Thriller ( zombie ) . 2:06
That didn't sound like Peter Weller when Batman was addressing the Mutants / Sons of Batman.
+veylun this is dope.
+Daniel Appleton really amazing. if you can do it so flawlessly with batman then you can do so with any video or great movie as well
He Broke That Shotgun Like it Was a Stick
because fuck logic.
"because i'm batman"
Getting reeeaaaal big dark soul vibes when he heals
Who else think the goddamn Batman is bigger Mary freakin' Sue than even Superman?
Wakes up from coma AFTER the machines that are supposed to keep him alive die like a regular morning, puts on a ridiculously textil like costume that somehow protects him, teaches a teenager how to ride a horse in a few minutes, brakes a shotgun in half with bare hands, talks pretty quietly to a crowd and is perfectly heard and understood. Those are the real super powers we need, but not deserve:D
@@murdanom not to mention he beat the living crap out of Superman, just to prove he's right (I have no idea how would this prove his point at all). AND ALL OF THIS in one animated movie based on comic book.
Isn't it funny Batman has tons of contingency plans to kill fellow heroes of Justice League, but can't bring himself up to end Joker once for all?
A Alfred that's not British I'm not used to that and a batman that is buffer than superman
+veylun well that's something
Nathaniel Santira your not that smart in D.C. Comics and movies
