    Now I know why your OCPD videos are unique and amazingly interesting and catchy.
    You have the creativity of ADHD!
    Also you have the OCPD skills that got us these amazing ADHD tips!!
    Having both together is making your videos on both topics authentic!

    Pomodoro: 15 minutes to unload and load the dishwasher. GO!
    "I am really thirsty actually".
    "Oh no, there's mold on the strawberries".
    "This trashcan can use a good clean".
    "Forgot to get my cleaning cloths out of the dryer"
    "Shoot, forgot to wash that shirt I was going to wear tonight".
    Ringggg. Time's up

    Is that tomato timer graphic in an actual app? I can't find it 😫. I use my phone's timer, but would be nice to use something that eliminates setting 25min, 5min, 25min, 5min etc etc. Thanks for your videos!
