When will Florida tolls be reinstated?

Florida drivers have been cruising through tolls for free for a while, but now that is coming to a halt along all roadways, except for three - Alligator Alley, Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and the Pinellas Bayway.
This is to help the ongoing support and hurricane recovery assistance in the hardest-hit areas of the state.

Just off lottery tickets, fines, and tourism, Florida has enough money to take care of ALL of the roads. Making poor people always foot the bill is called evil

While I don't understand everything about running a city there has to be a better way to get around, it's almost impossible to go anywhere without going through em. Unless thats just google maps messing up?
