    After a demanding Tabata routine yesterday, this class was PERFECT. It helped release the tightness/soreness in my muscles and has left me feeling 😌

    I sit sometimes for hours each day for work and have for so many years. My poor hips! I LOVED this one! Such a thorough all over workout and a perfect flow. My hips thank you❤️ also wanted to let you know, a company I subscribe to has recently presented "Pilates" classes to us. They are too fast, no cuing, and people are going to get hurt!! I posted on their page how disappointing their classes were and mentioned how I'll stick with my favorite instructor through TH-cam. Several asked me who do I use and I posted a link to one of your 7 day series. I hope you get a lot of people from that! 😊

    Wow Katja, das hat richtig Spaß gemacht! 🙃Bei mir ist die Hüfte etwas nach innen gefallen, daher war es das perfekte Video! Ich konnte gar nicht glauben, dass ich inzwischen sogar, dank deiner Yoga Videos, die one leg circle ausführen kann. Meine Beine waren davor immer viel zu wenig gedehnt und meine Hüfte ganz unbeweglich. Solche Erfolge sind echt toll. Viele Grüße und danke für das kostenlose Hochladen! 🙂
