@@famousnate5552 Awesome man, I was thinking about getting into mobile vending myself and building my own trailer. So are you standing on a part of the trailer that comes down like a ramp or separate structure? I like the idea of a flat top grill but how do you handle cleaning it to remove the carbonized food? It looked the waste drain was towards the customers?
hear you there....should get a triple at that price....food TRUCKS are expensive but at least they have engine maintenance to worry about...this is a food TRAILER At those prices, he should buy a thing called a Pumice stone and learn to run it across the grill a time or two after closing...does wonders for cleaning up those carbon and grease residues
Looks good, but why do these food trucks charge so much? You would think they would be cheaper with less overhead for rent, employees, utilities, etc Ground beef costs $3-4/lb, so $1.50-2.00 for a 1/2 lb burger The rest of the ingredients cost about $1-2. So cost to the seller is $4 max per burger. Paying for the trailer, labor, etc shouldn't cost $10 for the burger. A fair price would be $8 The jumbo sausage is about $2 for good quality bought in bulk. Let's say $1 for the rest of the ingredients. So $3 cost and he sells for $12. Fair price would be $6
Best food truck 👍
Alabama?! I saw those prices and thought this had to be California.
bro me too 20 seconds in and I'm damn
Painfully average food. Looks like his friends told him” you should start a food truck” after a couple good BBQs where everyone is drunk.
I built this little trailer 4 years ago and went to work. I do see your view though. This day was a simple menu kinda day so nothing to brag about.
@@famousnate5552 at the end of the day I’m being an asshole online and you’re out there grinding doing something you enjoy. You’re the real winner.

Famous for ripping people off….he must charge a dollar a min. He should pay someone to clean his grill.
