I've noticed that you tend to address the ball with a driver's head lying on the ground. It means you address the tee peg, not the ball... The ball is above, and when you lift the club to hit the ball, the club head goes not only up but also away from you (imagine the tee peg is 5 feet high and lift the club to this level...). This club head going away means that you hit the ball not in the center of the face but closer to the heel. Shots on the heel side of the face give the ball "outside", clockwise rotation, making it slice. It is so-called "gear effect". The ball always tries to "roll" to the middle of the face and keeps this rotation in the air. If you want to address the ball with the club head on the ground, address the toe. Or address the ball with the club head hovering over the ground as pros do.

Another good back 9. Looks very warm. Lots of water . The watering of the greens show how hot it is. Some good pitching and putting. Impressed . And full respect to you putting the trip on. 👍🏻

A good back 9 after some troubles on the first 9 holes. It’s really interesting to hear your comparisons between the conditions that you experience in Wales with those of Thailand. Solid back 9...gotta fly those chips and pitches..little run out on Thai courses. Keep hydrated...I bought some electrolyte power from pharmacy and added it to my water bottles..worked a treat. And plenty of Factor 50!! Sun is VERY dangerous in Thailand!!!! Marino wool socks getting good work out 🤣
After a very slow first 9 you were able to score well earlier in the back 9, however I think the heat got to you towards the end, will be interesting to see how quickly you acclimatize when you play other courses. Cheers.
A little bit, I'm gradually getting used to the slow play. It does mess up your rhythm when you are standing over an approach shot for 5 mins and nothing is moving on the green! haha
Right now I'm playing once a week with a trip to the range. No lessons or extra practice right now. My putting and chipping might get worse in the next few months as I haven't found a club to practice at nearby. 👍👍

It's more expensive to play over here but you can play year round. I'm still getting used to it as the grass is a lot different to back home 👍👍

Yeah, I was running out of steam by the end. The caddie was knowledgeable and definitely helped with the scoring 👍👍
