Neo III or the Beta Version? I just bought and returned the Mizuno Morelia Neo III Beta. The reason being, it felt like wearing a sock. Although they are comfortable and very light, It doesn’t seem to give you any protection. Would be perfect for 5 a side but I feel I require a little more “meat” on the boot for support / shooting / tackling, especially playing 11 a side grass football. I want to try the non Beta version or the Morelia 3, do you think they will be me better? I have always worn Adidas Copa Mondial. I love the boot, but wanted to go for something similar but lighter.
Well if you loved copas I bet you would love the MiJ Morelia's (non Neo) or possibly the new Rebula cup (not available just yet). But yes the Neo III is a bit less sock-like than Betas. Morelia III would be my best bet for you. They are still only a bit heavier than 200g, much lighter and more modern than Copas.

Morelia is full leather shoe and Neo is a bit lighter one with the toe box being leather and rest of the boot being high quality synthetic. So Neo is kinda like the speed boot variation and Morelia is more traditional (Copa Mundial but lighter and better) style shoe.

I have a pair of neo 2 and they are just great except had a little chip in the very front and then got worst, however, I still wear them, and are fine but doesn't look nice, had a very poor experience with Rebulav2 NIJ I have only worn them twice for a short period of time during the game and got very bad blisters on the right feet, the left feet not as bad, I then bought a pair half a size larger but have not been able to try them out as the pitches are closed, I am wondering if neo3 will have blisters problem on the heels? Overall I am a K leather boot and Mizuno fan.

Pro tip: Look at the CM in your boots. Sizes vary between companies but the length in CM will be the same. Once I learned that it changed my life for finding shoes that fit correctly.

How’s the sizing on the Morelia 3? True to size or go down a 1/2 size?
I would personally go down 1/2 size but others have said they are true to size mate
I ordered my usual size and 1/2 size smaller to return whichever one doesn’t fit

There's not many who've had blisters wearing neo3s they are one of the most comfy boots
Many bad experiences said about rebula 1 and 2, but rebula 3 is great. I worn it and all perfect.

Yes, no issues on AG, but probably not on carpet turf. TF boots would be better for those surfaces

mizuno's sizing seems similar to adidas so just go with 8.5us...but it is 0.5cm larger compared to nike boots
