i love this fish as there is almost no bone in the flesh :)
the way she just used the juice of the onion ginger in the marination is quite interesting

yes thats the trick perhaps of using the ginger and onion and juice, yet its so flavourful. This is one of our fav fish too. Happy to know that you like this.
