Brandon, thanks for taking the time to do these updates and reports. I'm a fellow Kentuckian but I live 3 hours away from KY Lake and want to come see it and fish it sometime soon. The info you put out in invaluable and appreciated!
The lake won’t keep getting better with all the tournaments, especially during the spawn. The lake is not ready for all the pressure people putting on it for a few bucks. As long as the hotels and restaurants is happy, that’s all it matters. The lake will go down hill again they will blame the carp for it 😂😂😂
Asian carp will inevitably always be an issue and their ability to reproduce up to 5 times per year vs only once per year for bass is proof that as time goes on, they'll be a tough competitor for the resources that they share with bass.
Tourneys hurt it last time bad, w the number that were held. Could see the beginning of a sharp decline before carp were as big of an issue. The flood of derby's is beginning once again. Only this time there's spotlighting, giving bass and crappie no place to hide
Thanks man appreciate your imput.
