Edit: Boice, or any one else experienced enough, I plan on using a hanji sheet for this model. Should I back it with tissue, or is it substantial enough as is? (The hanji is the same one from Boice’s website).
@@Stabcc should be substantial as is. Backing it might make it too thick

hey boice im new to origami and am interested in learning, im currently working through your crease pattern tutorial series. Is there anything else you would recomend i do to learn quickly?
Practice as much as possible, the rate of learning only increase by how much you actually do

Will a 58x58 cm square of Tracing paper be sufficient for this model?
Folding will be ok but shaping will be harder
