I learned some of those tips by watching your videos back in the day and they inspired me to draw more, I loved that I could draw something and it would almost pop out of the page Doodling saved my sanity while working at customer support job during lockdown. they gave us a big manual, most of the people stopped bringing it after a while but I aways had it, doodling away all over it while helping people restart their Cable TV in my cubicle Thank you for inspiring us and helping understand the doodle! All the love ❤
Mr. Peter I started watching your videos a month or two ago and they have been the sole reason I finally caved and gave into drawing as a hobby again. Its been so fun and relaxing and I always look forward to your videos as a little source of education on more things I can draw. I hope you know these tutorial videos are some of your most inspirational and helpful videos period. I really can't wait to finish this video, thank you for your hard work and dedication, I love your work and you're an amazing teacher. Thank you!
i was so confused when i saw this because i still remember the video from 4 years ago about this topic but iirc those were different methods haha. great video!
Glad to see youre still making videos Peter! I started watching you 10 years ago and fell off awhile. Your videos made me so powerful as an artist. Thank you!!!
Thanks for that! I learned awhile back that things only come to life after you add the shade and shadow. It’s true in life also… and it’s a point that’s often missed.🤗🐝❤️
This is taking me back to my first discovery of Peter Draws, which were your shorter tutorials on breaking artists block. Like 10 years ago lol love it!
Peter I am your biggest fan I think I’ve seen every single one of your videos you are my biggest inspiration and I show your TH-cam channel to EVERYONE
Excellent tutorial, Peter. Thank you very much. I definitely needed some help with making my doodles more significant and enjoyable...to me😁. Cheers.👍😎
Doodle noodles! Right on time for Inktober to boot and much needed help for us ink doodling affectionados.. Apt, short, and to the point. Excellent! Thanks
Hullo Peter, I remember watching your channel before I even had a TH-cam account! I went straight to like a video and it told me I could not do so until I had an account. So in early 2015 I recorded my name email address and I had my very own TH-cam account, no videos of course. Now one day m6 nephew needed one and I let him use my account to post. I think he’s still there I may have to go look! I have since recorded many likes and left literally hundreds of comments and videos and people I want to support Peter you’re an amazing artist and I enjoy supporting you with my likes and comments one day I would love to have one of your original artworks, I do have one of your books and I do enjoy flipping through it you’re a very inspiring person. Thank you. Enjoy the rest of your evening!
So u think of a light source when u do your amazing abstract doodles...silly me thought you were just really good at darkening random areas and making it look like an abstract masterpiece! Lol
Thank you Peter, I like this format of quick simple examples. Could you do a doodle ''words''for the doodle features or patterns that you often use. example; the blob, clumps, noodles etc. maybe one for the mechanical and another for organics looking features.. a bit like greeblies from the kit bashing world.
I find that if you buy a diary, with enough room for a doodle here and there you can get something down without thinking you have to, my best doodles are in my past and present diaries.
"Trust me: this thing is sticky, and it smells... bad."
Love you, man.

as someone who struggles with depth, the way you explained and demonstrated this was just perfect, purfect, purfect. Purfect. Thankyou peter
One of the most enjoyable tutorials I have seen! I've been an artist for 50 years so there's not many tutorial videos that are gonna catch my eye. 😄
Love your tutorial style, just a kind and humble teacher giving us some great advice! It helps me be more patient while I practice to improve.
Peter is the best top, right hand corner light source.
He is our sun, our lightbulb.

I am become student of noodle
I AM A MAN
"student of noodle" was the name of my ska band in college
I tried to be a student of doodles, but noodles tasted better.
Become one with the noodle

This is taking me back to my first discovery of Peter Draws, which were your shorter tutorials on breaking artists block. Like 10 years ago lol love it!
If you've been watching Mr. Draws for that long (only 4 for me), do you remember the painting on the bathroom floor? Fantastic.
@@nancyberry3655 I do! I think it was the first big public project that he did.
peter this is the best shading tutorial i've ever seen
Peter I am your biggest fan I think I’ve seen every single one of your videos you are my biggest inspiration and I show your TH-cam channel to EVERYONE

Great video Peter, oh how I’ve missed you soft tones and drawings 😍 love your videos .
Who had the audacity to dislike this already? Doth thou not cherish the knowledge bestowed upon us by the DOODLE MASTER HIMSELF??
This was actually a really informative video. Thanks Peter!
Doodle noodles! Right on time for Inktober to boot and much needed help for us ink doodling affectionados.. Apt, short, and to the point. Excellent! Thanks

I can’t remember how many years it’s been. Here since sniffing pens! :)
thanks peter< have fun in the draw.
Thank you. I appreciate the tutorial for pen. So many begining level drawing focuses on charcoal and graphite. I prefer pen. Thank you so much.
Perfect timing for Inktober
Omg it's like part 2! Or a remake? I liked the first one and I'm sure this will be helpful too :)
Thank you your video was very informative.
“Don’t freak out about it.”
Truly the Bob Ross of our time.
“Electronic Gear Bra” 👊😎
Yess more tutorials pleaseee!
Great video Peter!
I see your putting the new pens to work :)
I love you, man.
That stinkin blob is so cool.
This is great stuff. I have a lot of trouble adding enough blackness to my doodles. But this will help I think.
love you peter

I often am challenged by angular clumps
Hello Peter, great video! What kind of pen are you using in the video?
I think it's one of these: Inc. R2 Precision Rollerball Pens
TUBES. I thought you were going to label them NOODLE DOODLES.
Like needle deedles!
Im sorry but balls followed by noodles made me lose it! Lmao. Great Video though, this made doodling a lot more fun for me!
awesome 👏🏾
"... but trust me, this thing is sticky and it.. smells bad" 😁👍
Hope you're doing okay with all the crazy weather in North Carolina
Profesor Peter, are you practicing your lectures?
Would love to know what that pen is!
i swear him explained wayy easier for me
luv u peter
go Peter
We’re back to tutorials
What pen are you using in this video here?
Inc. R2 Rollerball, if you look two videos back I did an unboxing/review
What pen do you use?
Nice,
What about making a real time drawing video and trying to explain what you draw when you drawing.
is this a reupload? because I swear I seen this Video back when I started drawing 😅
doodle god
😁
A noodle doodle!
Hi Peter.
Add more noodles to your doodles!
Halo everyone
Hey 👋
Hi!
If "Angular Clump" was a band name what genre do you think they'd play?
Sounds very punk-y to me
Math rock. 😂
More
what kinda pen are you using
A bit of constructive criticism from me:
You absolutely missed the chance to name the second one "noodle doodle". Or "doodle noodles".
these are stink lines =D
