You are very on top of record-keeping for your family! Our family h as one in high school right now, so we involve her in keeping records for herself and building her portfolio, too, so that she will have the skills she needs for staying on top of paperwork once she graduates!
I love the idea of having older kids help with record keeping! It probably helps keep her accountable and organized. Good life skills!

I love having a moveable, locking filing box for each child, with a file for every grade of material you want to keep.
That’s a good idea! I can see that being helpful as my kids get older and we have more folders to store.
