I build a bike with that exact frame a few months ago. I build it with a SENSAH EMPIRE 2x11 groupset and a shimano 105 r7000 crank, cassette and chain. For brakes i went with the Juin Tech R1 Hybrids together with the Jagwire Road pro brake kit. Seatpost and Handlebar from RXL (integrated stem, both carbon). And a mavic allroad wheelset (that i got basically new from ebay for around a 100euros). The bike cost me a total of 1450 euro, weighs 9.4 Kilogramms (with pedals and biggest frame) and i havent had a single issue in the 3500 km i have ridden so far. Probably the best decision i made. If i were to buy a bike in that weight category i would certainly need to pay around 2000euros. But it took quite some time to build the bike due to the long shipping times to Europe.
I was looking forward to using this Bike. Once assembled, the rotor was rubbed against the brake pads. I took it to the Bike Shop, and they said it was missing a hub on the front Wheel. I managed to find the hub in the box with a cover on it. They packed the bike and forgot to put the hub on, so I just threw it in the box. Once the hub was on, it had the same problem, so I took it to the shop again. The shop said, "Tolerance between fork and brake mount causes rotor bolts to interfere with brake adapter. To solve this issue would involve modifying the brake mount adapter which is a safety liability. We will not work on this. It cannot be solved with a simple adjustment. Likely a new fork or a different brake mount adapter supplied by the manufacturer would solve this clearance issue." Twitter Bikes refuses to fix the problem and has gone AWOL. Buyer beware.
how's the bike now? I just bought mine a few weeks ago, it's somehow sturdy but still have doubt since I mostly used alloy since. thanks mate very good research!

thanks for your time
If you're using a flatbar, Shimano MT200 hydraulic brakes are the best budget option.
Enjoy it!

Your saddle is tilted too much. Lower your seatpost and level the saddle.
