@@griffins5655 I only ask because Morohoshi and his pink Diablo are also in this game, which means there are two really cool Japanese guys he could've been referring to!
What do you think is the best Air-Cooled Porsche? Mine is the 993 because it was the first Porsche I ever saw race in real life, I was in Vancouver back in the early 2000's.
Thats the value of all his cars in today’s money. As he had mentioned before he bought those cars years ago some 10 some 20 years ago and back then these cars were really cheap. That’s the value of his garage with how they have spiked up in value
The 1975 turbo was probably one of the scariest cars to drive at the time because they hadn’t perfected the handling yet with the engine at the back and it also had crazy power
"Fashion Designer" is a little bit of a stretch. Haha. More like a fashion hustler. He got his start by picking up jeans from thrift stores for loose change, adding some touches to them, holes, wear marks, ect. Then he would go to where the hair band guys hung out in Hollywood and sell them to them suckers for hundreds. That led to him actually creating his own Punk Rock and Goth/Emo style clothing for the Shopping Mall chain store Hot Topic. I may be wrong, but I think he actually owned Hot Topic. That is where he got all his money. He's a straight hustler, though. Came here from England with nothing.
oh sherlock how bad, that a guy which love porsche drives another brand, what a shame, he should only drive porsche for the rest of his life you're right.
The 66 paint looks great. Nice to see a car from the 60's that hasn't yet been covered with 18 coats of lacquer! CRAZY collection Sir. Stay safe during the madness. 🇬🇧🏆
As a fellow English man I have heard about Magnus years ago and his Fantastic Porsche collection he's got all these 911s 928s 944s 924s 968s 914s in all the videos I've scene he never mentions having owned any 912s surely he must have had 1.
There is a guy who drives his cars. Road grime, nicks, scuffs etc. These are not cars for looking and he enjoys them as they were meant to be enjoyed. Next level cool.
Peter Piper thats still great. I love porsche and would really enter an 911 but heck not even run down versions go under a certain price. So Cayman it is. Earlier I never really like the 924 ... etc but even those would be great I guess.
I have a lowly 986. It's the model that arguably saved Porsche in the 90's. And although I doubt if I could get $6k for my 2k with 100k, it has more horsepower and or can outperform half of these. But I'd visit were his garage a museum!
He and his wife have a movie prop business, and these cars he has bough have turned into a crazy cult where people who received money without earning it can join by spending that money (which means nothing to them) on the overpriced 911 entrance fee. That collection didn't cost 1/10th of that outrageous business insider quote. If you don't know this, you might want to ask what is "insider" about this channel.
Buddy...why are you deliberately gliding over that red model which looks like there are no headlights?....that is the most beautiful one you have! Which model is that, anyone know?
john probst I bought as a project a common issue on 928s is the sunroof sinks into the body and over 4 years untold gallons of water made there way into that car
@Christopher Palmer I have my Porsche insured as a classic and it's almost the same as insuring it as a regular car on my policy. There was really no savings.
A Jensen Healey or GT could be built out of all aluminum and use the Lotus Eclat rear end with a Cosworth DFV or DFX engine and beat any Porsche ever made. Colin Chapman is the man. If someone built it they would have the most respectable, historically-aligned one off pure sports car... But everyone only wants what already exists. By the way, Jensen Healey and GT was the only model to come from bay area headquarters since the Tesla. We all know Porsche has true electric car heritage and Jensen Healey's feature the quintessential engine electric configurations are transitioning.
With a collection worth 7.5 million I was hoping to see a gt3 Evo 2, 911 rs, 1968 911, any other homologation special 911, or any factory 911 race car..........nope.... Just his builds that look kinda period correct with a little cheese......
I thought this guy was just a character in need for speed who always hit me up to race. Turns out he's real.
Salvador Martinez everyone in that game is real even that japanese guy
Lmao which Japanese guy
M B Akira Nakai. He builds Rwb porches
@@nvrndingsmmr the guy that cuts the fenders off of Porsches like an absolute madlad, both Magnus and Akira are just insanely cool guys imo.

928 GTS, 944/968 & the Cayman GT4 are my favorite car’s Porsche ever made.
If I saw that guy in the street I never would have thought he was this rich
Daniel Tracy I actually seen him in person walking across the street in East down town LA. Took me a second to realize it was him.
Thats the value of all his cars in today’s money. As he had mentioned before he bought those cars years ago some 10 some 20 years ago and back then these cars were really cheap. That’s the value of his garage with how they have spiked up in value
Daniel Tracy , it’s all the money he saved on haircuts.

I’ve known about Magnus Walker and followed his Porsche collection for years and never knew he was a renowned fashion designer lmao
So true, always thought he was famous because he had an epic collection and was lucky that Porsches have apreciated in value!

That 964 build is perfection. Classic but modernized and upgraded in subtle well thought out ways.

That chocolate brown turbo made my heart skip a beat, bloody gorgeous

I greatly appreciate this upload, some stunning examples of custom and/or rare machinery...
I did not know he was a Clothes Designer. Explains why his interiors look so good
he is a legend. some great footage and more magnus magic. thank you.
This video should be labeled his "favorite Porsches" vice his 10 rarest.
I’m thrilled that he added a 914...owning one I do suffer from younger cousin syndrome and am always relieved when they get recognition...thanks M.W.
The 2.0 litre is still one of my favorites

So cool love the Magnus Walker outlaw style
0:10 that "No58" Carrera poster on the wall (Triumph in USA '93). What a superb machine and absolutely LOVE that simple red/blue stripe livery 😉👍💗

He's a neat designer yeah
Cool to see the Tamiya banner in the garage and even on the car. greetings from Stuttgart.
That was a very fun video!
I could listen to Magus talk about Porsche all day.
He certainly loves being the urban outlaw. Very nice 911 collection
Very good car builder, a nice man too. I met him at a car show in Florida.

Boxter's sexy bro
Anyone else who was just confused as to why this guy is rich?
Because of his clothing brand in the 90s.
He and his wife have a movie prop business, and these cars he has bough have turned into a crazy cult where people who received money without earning it can join by spending that money (which means nothing to them) on the overpriced 911 entrance fee. That collection didn't cost 1/10th of that outrageous business insider quote.

Proud to be a shareholder.
Magnus needs to advertise those old 911s to keep the pyramid strong!
How do i get my Porsche ? You got all of them Mag
Hi Magnus, I don't want to show off but I have a 2003 Renault Twingo.
Whaat?! No talk of that 968 in the back?
My favorite part of his designs is his use of PLAID.
Early to mid 90s 911s were the best, imho. 993 for life..

Magnus, can I drive your 66 in green?, had a 67 in the same color...I miss it dearly.
Magnus en ARGENTINA tenes muchos admiradores sos un idolo

Geez, imagine his car insurance bill each year?
@Christopher Palmer I have my Porsche insured as a classic and it's almost the same as insuring it as a regular car on my policy. There was really no savings.
His cars are insured as a fleet so it shouldn't be that expensive. Also, some of his cars get barely driven
The Outsider yeah basically it's his personal cab company that barely works

does he have any of the sportomatics
I'm surprised the didn't mention the 935
