The 90 Degree Handstand Push Up is one of the more advanced Calisthenics Skills that combines overhead pushing strenght, bent arm planche strength, planche push up strength, planche raise strenght and handstand control.
Training for the 90 Degree Push Up is extremely rewarding. Due to the variety of requirements on the body a 90 degree push up specific workout can be a complete upper body push session allowing you to train well balanced whilst working towards a specific skill that fuels you for the long run.
Achieving the 90 Degree Push Up is possible for anyone. Yet, the road might the longer for some than for other. If advanced Calisthenics Skills are your goal make sure to break them down in multiple bite sized mile stones. You should train 3 different directions simultaneously.
Work on your handstand control. You can from day 1 only train on parallettes if you want.
Work on your handstand push up progression (Pike, L Handstand, Back to Wall, Chest to Wall)
Work on your bend arm planche and planche push up strength (band assisted, weighted dips, etc)

Best tutorial I have seen by far,I realized I have not been paying attention to the timing and that was holding me back from getting a clean rep.
    Thank You coach

Do you think wearing shoes when running a marathon is fraud too?

@CoachBachmann I was progressing well before I got injured. It's not the same, and I didn't feel limited.
