  • (04:50) This animation illustrates optogenetics -- a radical new technology for controlling brain activity with light. Ed Boyden (mcgovern.mit.edu/principal-inv..., the co-inventor of this technology, is a professor at the MIT Media Lab and at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research (mcgovern.mit.edu), where he continues to develop new technologies for controlling brain activity.

    I can see a few generals looking at this thinking, "I can control people with light messages". this is even better than Manchurian candidate.

    Light stimulates a powerful effect on the brains cognition according to Science Daily, recent discoveries of a light sensitive cell called “photoreceptor,” has been the central component in relating light information to the non-visual centers of the brain. During animal research non-visual functions were disrupted in the absence of the photoreceptors, meaning the behavioral variables deriving from our physiological mechanism is conducive to the non-visual robust effect of light, it reminds me of “Botany” (study of plants).

    Neurons on a computerscreen? Getting turned on by the light of the pixels? Is the light to week? Maby the light from a projector, connected to a computer, lighting up neurons in a dish, would be strong enought?
    Wouldn't it be a REALLY nice, easy "computer to neuron dish" interface!

    This is not true of course, since it is still necessary to put this "piece of DNA'''within the cell to express the rhodopsin before it even reacts to light. Still a long way to go there but the technique is certainly interesting

      If only there were a way to get 80 or 90 percent of the world to take safe and effective targeted mRNA therapy.

    The military is years ahead in this technology. They have the technology refined to the point it can safely be used on humans. They also have the technology refined to the point that they have an advanced optogenetic virus that can some cross the blood brain barrier. It is in early prototype once the tissue is infected it still takes time to program the brain so that it is responsive. It takes a few months of programming to generate a response and sometimes there is frequent miss firing of the computer systems preventing physical response. They are able to.....
    1. Create involuntary gasps or shortness of breath
    2. Create involuntary small muscle movements or twitches that are simple
    3. Strum each individual throat or vocal cord muscle.
    4. Change vocal and speech patterns and tone
    5. Influence facial expressions
    6. Train a person to be able to wink their opposite eye allowing a person to develop new muscle memory and giving them the ability to wink both eyes when before they could not.

      These effects are likely from the earlier prototype viruses developed 5-6 years ago in government labs....imagine what strains they got now....these effects can also be increased if combined with medical magnetic nano-particle technology.

      I theorize that when human test subjects are sleeping or sedated states they are able to program new muscle memory movements with out them noticing and use them while the person is awake

      The next step will be to increase the speed of programming time, override the vagus nerve system, combine the control of small motor cortex and large motor cortex then make the virus that is already like transmittable via blood transmittable via insect bite and to be passed from mother to child. Maybe make it transmittable via air, water and food. From there you will have a NEW WORLD ORDER! Since it can program muscle memory its theoretically possible that it could be combined with a developing fetus to pre-program developing infants to have learned muscle memory prior to birth...In 20-60 years entire cultures could be taken over in 1-2 generations.

    Great video, but did not answer the question for which I am seeking answer: Neurons are extremely small and different types of neurons are densely packed and close to one another. So, exactly how can researchers "inject" the Channelrhodopsins DNA ONLY in one type of neurons and not other neurons that are closed by? This question has been bugging me, and I have been trying to find a layperson's answer to it. Was hoping that this video would provide the answer. But like many other videos on this topic, it did not. . .The search continues.

      I think the "injectables" are in all the cells, and can be controlled by frequencies, or wavelengths, light or EMFs.

    could the installed gene be inherit?

    • @Halsquare
      @Halsquare 9 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I don't think they can, because those genes must be contained into gametes (sperm cells and ovums) for being inherited.

    • @Castle3179
      @Castle3179 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not unless they put those genes in sperm/egg cells.

    Look at the graphene structure, 6 points, 6 lines, and many of these sixes. That is the the mark of the beast 666. Also what can cause pain (Revelation 16:10) and a noisome and grievous sore (Revelation 16:2)? Only something medicinal can cause these. Not a chip implant. Also human body is 18% carbon. So therefore the number of a man is also 666. (Revelation 13:18)The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before that great and notable Day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts‬ ‭2:20-21‬

    Cool, but how do you put this "piece of DNA" on a specific neuron?

    • @jordyns6070
      @jordyns6070 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s usually a specific neuron type vs a specific neuron. They target a characteristic molecule (mRNA sequence, membrane protein, etc) specific to that neuron type and have some sort of binding cascade starting with the characteristics molecule so the DNA only gets into the target cell type.
