Will Mark drink non alcoholic versions of cider, beer, wine etc...or is it easier to avoid all together.
Mark, most our electricity in the uk is powered by natural gas (a fossil fuel), which is why a transition to renewable energy (supported by nuclear and maybe fossil fuel powered stations with carbon capture devices) is so important !
The only time I’ve taken my phone to bed was when my daughter was in labour. I also tidy up every night, hate getting up to a mess. 👍😁
I’m forever buying new garden chairs and table, doing my garden, so pretty BUT I never sit in it for more than five mins 😂

Oooh Berlin sounds like it's going to be lots of fun...you deserve a nice break together! I have the same brows as Mark! It's bizarre how quickly they grow...and they're like WIRES -- especially the WHITE ones! 🙄 I'm definitely a phone addict, but I feel like I have to have it on my nightstand just in case I have to make an emergency call (or I get one). especially since I live alone. I do put the notifications on mute though! xx

Highly recommend the Berlin pass!!! So much to do on the pass that is absolutely fab including all the museums on museum island!!

Our entire family save nectar points over the year and then redeems them at Christmas where usually we have saved enough to get our entire Christmas shop for free. We all have a card thats linked to the same account so whenever anyone goes to sainburys they have a card so will always get the points and whenever the cars need petrol we will always make sure we go to sainsburys to get the points. Honestly the best life hack there is and relieves a lot during Christmas when it is already very expensive

I can go all day without being on my phone so much but as soon as I go to bed I can't put it down and then it's first thing in the morning as well. really need to leave it downstairs as well.. mark you are looking fab
I think maybe just getting a cleaner once or twice a week is better than thinking you're gonna become tidy...and just maybe the tidiness in you will develop on its on when theres no pressure.

I try to turn the WiFi off as well as leave my phone downstairs. It makes a massive difference.
I take my phone upstairs, on silent, don’t look at it but it’s there if I need to phone in an emergency x

Nadia, I follow alot of your advice/tips about things and I do like the sound of leaving my phone downstairs when I go to bed but slight issue.... I wouldn't get to watch your vlogs if I did that!! (Always watch in bed) hmm... does putting it the other side of my room count!? I mean what if I wake up in the night and need to Google something important haha x

Hi Nadia and Mark, great vlog again. Well done with mobile phones, my husband and I switch our mobiles off when we go to bed. We have a landline too so we dont miss any urgent calls. Also I rarely look at phone after 9pm as that's tv time! Btw can I ask anyone else asked if they can hear a voice sometimes at the end of vlogs.... Alexa maybe? We hear that occasionally and as we haven't got one .....or perhaps we have a ghost who also likes to comment on your blogs 👀 ps enjoy Berlin x
