My guess is earthquake damage. Not safe to be in that building. Too bad tho. It looks like it was well built and solid. Earthquakes could very easily bring it down.
last time I ate out was at T bones steak house we paid 55.00 not including tip and we never buy alcohol drinks .. I wad soda water , he had a coke, I had french onion soup and a chicken Cesar salad and he bought scallops ... yep too expensive ... and honestly I am a germphobe I hate other people preparing , serving or touching my food

That school was pretty cool! It would have been cool to see the inside but I agree it looks like someone is probably living there or maybe working on it. The central air unit looked pretty new. That was an expensive lunch for two people! Reminds me of a pancake house we went to in Tennessee one year. Ended up paying $40.00 for pancakes for two people. Crazy!
We all have to figure the cost of labor during pandemic. No one wants to work. Seen it over and over. Every store seems sort staff etc. Add price of food. It is a much wiser choice to go but something and make it your self. It sucks cause it lessons your feel, experience of the area and the people. But right you pay high prices or I would pack a lunch.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and is very hard for me to do. At least at any speed. She said they just don't have employees. She said they might get half through training then they quit. I was floored because my disability is nothing compared to some. I was like if someone clearly disabled comes through you will not help them. She said our hands are tied and we do what we can. Unbelievable. Then when in a gas station here in Arizona same thing. A manger said it is like 400 dollars to train and employee. She hired 5 only one made it a week. That is seriously a problem right now. But I do agree Walmart has gone to ya know what. Every time I go no matter what you have to check your self out and there is a long line. I can't imagine how people who are truly struggling to get their supplies, food, etc do it w move disabilities than I have. I mean in a wheel chair etc. It is a was state we are all in right now when there is no help for those who truly need it.
They're back home in Bremerton WA. I believe they are in the process of getting the truck camper off and looking for perhaps a small 5th wheel trailer. They want a little more room. i imagine they'll be heading back down to SW AZ. in late fall or at least that's what the time frame has been in the past if all comes together on the new type of RV they hope to get.
They have a channel. Destination Open Road. About 4 mths ago they went back home to WA. they will return to the Desert in the fall . No idea why they stopped posting .
looks like the school i went to in Stillwell Ks. Long 4 rooms with 3 grades per room and 1 teacher per room taught each 3 grades. 1st grade through 12th grade in the 1 building.

I think food prices have gone through the roof. I went to the grocery store today and beef was 3 times the cost per pound today than what it was last Friday. A friend is a food supplier for restaurants. He tells me his prices have more than doubled this week. He's seen nothing like this before, and he's 30 years in the restaurant/food business.
They're busy right now getting things put together for a new style rig for this fall. At least that's the impression they gave when they headed back home.
