I have a neutral wardrobe but thanks to you, Trinny, during lockdown I have bought a Zara yellow skirt and a Whistles Orange PJ shirt to add points of difference to my wardrobe. In the past, I have had major disasters with yellow and orange & avoided them at all costs. You are right. It’s all about picking the right shade and both colours can be teamed with neutrals. My yellow skirt is in a soft yellow which I wear with a white t shirt, gold jewellery, trainers or strappy sandals. The printed orange shirt looks great with jeans. Thanks so much, Trinny. Hi, firstly I wanted to say that you don't need to hide any scars, our imperfections are what make us unique and beautiful. However, I understand wanting to mask it, as I have a large dark birthmark on the front of my right upper arm (between my bicep and inner elbow) and when I wear short sleeves everyone stares at my dark spots and strangers ask me about it. So I feel more comfortable wearing longer sleeves to avoid all the questions and stares. If you want to try necklines other than crew, you could add a neck scarf to the outfit, which would fashionably cover your neck. I love wearing a silk scarf around my neck, it makes outfits look very stylish. I recommend silk/satin neck scarfs, which are square and smaller than regular scarfs. I have found great silk/satin scarfs on amazon for under $15. There are lots of tutorials on youtube regarding different ways to wrap a silk neck scarf, but I just do a basic wrap & tie in a knot with the ends left out a few inches. The neck scarf can also add a pop of color to outfits (I love wearing a colorful silk scarf with an all black or all white outfit, for example).

White in summer....yes. All white...or white mixed with great color; ie., periwinkle, navy, pink, fuschia, royal blue...and black and white!
