Always keep your favorite clothes no matter how you go up and down the scale. When you lose the weight you have many favorite pieces to wear again. This CC brings joy! thank you Trinny! We all can get something from this one.
🎉 YES! 🎉 Keeping beloved 💜 clothing (no matter the size) has saved my bacon on more than one occasion👍. It's allowed me to bring out an old friend that works w/my palette while it multiplies my options. High quality items that have been rotated out 🔄 can feel fresh & new again after a season or two breather.
♻️Why buy other 2nd hand gems, when I can shop🛍 my own temporary cast offs!? Being a maximalist is the epitome of sustainability🌎! It's simply more effective to create curated capsules based on seasons, trends, or travel needs. This helps avoid overwhelm as well as makes sure I actually wear what I own. Win-win!
Donating is NOT the only solution〰️ esp. when you're challenged 💲budgetwise or have difficulty finding garments that actually fit your figure, climate, lifestyle, etc. Honestly, have MORE regrets about outstanding pieces I gave away bcos of PEER PRESSURE by a well meaning friend lacking foresight &/or creativity🙄.
Plus, 😔folks like myself in situations of fluctuating weight don't need further shaming🤣. Viable solutions are called for 〰️ NOT clownish🤡 or absurd suggestions. Tips & tricks using UNDER or OVER sized garments in interesting ways or layers is always very much appreciated👌.
😊Love how these pieces can be reinvented. Have a beautiful black XL sheer sleeveless button up that I'll now try under a cropped coat or waistcoat. Or, will experiment using it as a light-weight gilet👏.
😉Like Trinny, I detest my flat backside (& wide hips in my case) being a feature😖. Although it can help to reduce volume around my middle〰️I can only tie a shirt, sweater, or hoodie around my waist so many times🤭!
Also never liked SUPER-SIZED blazers😬, but my larger ones may now work as an acceptable level of 'oversized'. Will also try belting & shifting excess volume to the back to create that slimming 'V' in front.
😁Speaking of which, she's inspired me to play with stacked pendants & necklaces over high crew neck tops to create that same slimming effect too.
Lastly, going to test out some body-con tees that are still far too revealing as outerwear, but may serve under a camisole or jumper style dress.⏳️With larger breast & tiny waist, do everything I can to avoid extra fabric bulk around my middle when layer😬.

Re: MICROPHON. May I suggest that now you are in a larger closet space that you may require a stronger MICROPHONE or to INCREASE the VOLUME on the one you are using. My volume is up full on my phone but when you speak low I can't hear you well only as a muffle and that never happened in thw old closet space so I think you need a stronger microphone...bcos I noticed you have an open stairs leading off that space also which will absorb some of the volume down. Just need a STRONGER microphone or to increase the volume. Hope you don't mind my saying. Just I love your tips Trinnys and don't want to miss out on any of your 👍 great advice.
