I got the same bike almost right after you did. I got 2 flats from stickers I was disappointedon how cheap.the tires and tube's were when I changed them. I put some slime tube's and new mountain bike tires. I am currentlylooking to bypass the speed lock but it isn't proving to be possible. The settings on the display only cycle threw 3 settings the 1. is the light on display. 2 is the miles to kg you can switch. and 3 is an option that you cannot do anything or change. happy trails man. thank you for the vid on putting it together it helped me a lot.
Shimano mt200 brakes, nice flat pedals, and a new saddle and grips make this feel about as nice as most DTC ebikes with hub motors and tourney 7 speed groupsets. With new bars and stem I made one into a nice upright cruiser for my dad. With the brakes and touch points upgraded it feels like a much nicer bike than the $700 I spent to buy and personalize it. An entry level suspension fork from SR suntour would make it a nice mtb. The lack of derailleur clutch will suck, get a chain stay protector. A 27.5" x 2.25" tire will fit i'm pretty sure. Be sure to inspect the old tube to see what caused the flat! If it was too low on pressure you probably have a snake bite puncture.
I just got this bike last night. I fully charged the battery yesterday. Now today the battery indicator comes in blue. But then shuts off. Can you help?
@@lesapollock6915 the bike shuts off or the battery indicator light? That blue light only comes on for a little bit. I believe blue means fully charged. The bike does require a longer press of the power button to turn on. Push the power button and hold it. Text will show on the screen but continue to hold it a little longer. The bike should turn on from there.
@@NiieaSahani I have not seen any mods. That said plenty of other bikes with 350w go up to 28mph. So can the motor do it probably. Would I trust the stock brakes at 28mph definitely not. 😅
Thanks for the videos I'm going to buy myself a Concord commuter
@@stevenahlberg1542 hope you enjoy it

The only answer is wire in a different controller...
