Does it have an instant multi shift to smaller cogs like Shimano? I liked the shifting feel of SRAM but didn't like it when you have to press and release the paddle before it shifts to a smaller cog.

How is the clutch?? Most important question imho otherwise I see absolutely no reason to buy this over sram t type (other than to be different)
Now if the clutch is strong on the trp drivetrain so it's silent off big hits and chunk that's a worthy reason over the super noisy sram t type clutch

Clutch is very quiet on the TRP for sure. So does Sram have a noisy clutch? I've heard that said before but have never really noticed it? When do you hear it?

Regular Sram drivetrains are absolute garbage. Weak clutch, cheap and overpriced

i swapped to 2.3 even on calipers not made for it, def. better. funny thing is with my trp dh evo i had 223/200 and itd heat up sometimes. but my dominions it stays too cold and have to down size to 200/180 or perhaps even 180/180 haha
ps idk if you meant to keep the before and after in the edit
