I am feeling like a cheated customer and would not suggest anyone to invest their money In this developer. With every passing day I am regretting my decision of investing in MAHAGUN... Reasons are listed below.. 1) Mantra Project is delayed by 4 years . 2) Magahun is not paying preEmi outstanding to bank , hence I have recieved legal notice from bank. 3) Because of fake Assurance given by them to opt moratorium, we have got increased principal amount of loan. 4) Top of that, all their representatives and officers are trained and professional lairs. As per my experience they are professional non performers..
In NO possible way, this can sell for 7 crores. Not today, and not even years down the line. Ofcourse talking of decades ahead (it might be possible) ....lol
I will reduce 2 lakhs for adding that cheap tree burd sticker design in a luxurious project. Also pooja room is so undone. Big negative this is not a penthouse😂it's a 4 bhk with terrace
