5 cr kam hai price 10 cr ka becho 😂 kuch bhi price aisa kya walls main gold laga hai kya ...I dnt understand one thing ppl mention metro ki connectivity if someone is spending 5 cr kya woh metro main travel karega useless logics for increased price
1st of all, builder is not forcing to buy.
Secondly, cost hamesha location ki hoti hai, Construction cost is more or less same.
Finally, check with people living in South Delhi whether they travel in metro or not.
Metro is a feature based on which price of the location is determined and just like you mentioned "work visa" option in Dubai do check their pricing. They are actually charging gold and selling work visa as a feature.
Penthouse rates are always higher than normal apartment rates and the current rate in Central Noida is already at ₹15k/sf

@@IamIndian I live in South Delhi and no we don't travel in metro EVER. We invested in super tech neae botanical garden metro station. Highest tower in Noida and even that coated us 3 crs this pricing is nothing but a loot.

What is the price?
In 5cr you can get 250gaj Ka plot in sector 100 or in any good sector of Noida.... Incl built up price for 4 floors.... This is too expensive.
True, but some people prefer to live in these societies due to securities issue. Also many love to have multiple homes. I live in sector 56, but have two more flats. This can be a good option for me.
