I know i am late, but water problem is a common problem in Noida, so, a separate water softener you can use just for your apartment, and Livepure water purifier too, but other than that, the apartment has 24 hours security, cameras and everything, 24 hours power back up, 24 water supply, of course there are problems but they are not what you commented
You spend more time on unrelated talk than on the property. The camera should be on the house and not on you. The apartment looks very nice but selling it at at this price needs a professional selling technique. You already seem ‘guilty’ for its higher price but failed to come up with convincing benefits. “That I would not just own this apartment but also an exclusive address” is, sorry but total BS. You spoke non-stop for 15 minutes and yet didn’t think it was necessary to tell us about the monthly maintenance costs, what specific floor is this on and if the property is sold as fully furnished. I have been looking for such an apartment in NOIDA but I find every potential sale is being killed by loud mouth ignorant salesmen who have no idea what they are talking about, in most cases. But jinka business or industry sab setup yaha hai phir wo tab bhi yaha lenge, Dubai or Singapore me bhi in logo ne invest kiya hai but mostly vacation homes or rental ke purpose se hota hai.
To buy this house you need to have an income of atleast 10 lakhs per month for more than 10 years and another salary 5 lakhs per month for house maintenance. Or you can be a businessman(druglord) 😂😂
will u get a club house and security like this in those plot floors.. and the elite class doesnt think like you .. builders are selling their projects bcz they know they have buyers of this budget
