Sadly, the rest of my video edit was V E R Y quick and scrappy because I wanted you all to have something to look at. The images and video are from previous posts I made and aren't of me performing this song FYI.
This is a demo for a song idea I did about one month ago. It's got a bit of rough and raw parts about it, but I think it's a bit of a fresh direction on the current metal project I've been working on for the last 2 years.
Being a huge retrowave/synthwave/vaporwave fan I felt inspired to bust out the mikrokorg and compose around that. I tried to capture some more elements of jazz fusion and progressive rock to widen the soundscape of my predominantly "chuggy" metal sound.
I'm looking for feedback and criticism from anyone willing to listen to it. Let me know what you think.
