Can you do a video on how to increase spin rate and also a video on how to increase speed/power?

To increase spin rate you use spider tack and get drafted

What pitches can you throw that wouldn’t damage your arm (like a curveball does)?

None, the act of throwing a baseball is an un-natural motion. The damage isn't so much on the arm but the elbow and shoulder take a beating. Proper mechanics can mitigate the stress on elbow and shoulder. Notice how many pitchers go down with elbow and shoulder injuries. If you're a young pitcher train on using your lower body to generate power. Most of the pitchers that last a long time in the majors had very strong lower bodies, it's called drop and drive. Research Nolan Ryan and Tom Seaver.

Natural motion of the arm is underhand, that is why softball pitchers can play forever
