Weapon Attachments can be added to weapons with an advanced work bench. There’s a section above the crafting table which says attachments. After adding on it will say on your gun until removed at that attachment section Only the red dot sight makes a physical appearance change to the gun. The others are stat changes.
@@noxes Hi, yes an advanced workbench is crafted and you will need 2 metal parts, 1 battery and a workbench. Along side that you will need to have redeemed the blueprint for it.

Hey bro, water canister can be found through looting crates. They can also be gotten from disassembling paint can + machines which I would recommend.
