@@musclecarcampy9922 I don't have a muscle car. I'd like to have this Firebird, but it costs over $80,000in Japan, so I can't afford it. I'd like to own one someday.
@@musclecarcampy9922 we have a left mayor she forbids to drive with everything older than 6 years als 18 miles max and she wants everything electric 🥺😔🫣
My first car was a 1969 Firebird, the exact same color with a black vinyl roof. Bought it in the early 80s in high school. Brings back memories as we drove them back then. It's one of my favorite cars still and always!
I’ve got a 69, same exact color, 455 out of a 73 lemans. I absolutely LOVE my car. If gas were 10$ a gallon I’d drive it every day. I absolutely love hearing that 455 choppn behind me, there’s nothing not to like about my car. I wish I knew how to post a picture.
Pony car.....67 firebird 326/2 bbl. Muscle car 68 firebird 400 ram air II or 69 firebird ram air III or better yet ram air IV. Mine, my first car bought new. 74 455-sd trans am. No chicken in red. Ditched the 308 ring and pinion and put in 3.72. Ran like crazy.
I have a 67 400 4sp, sporting the original lacquer Silver Glaze. It's an option delete car (no added options) with 16,243 original miles. I'm the second owner (22 years) and it's been garage kept since new. I have upgraded some needed items, like Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes and Edelbrock Proflo4 injection system but I kept the original parts including the exhaust system. You see VERY few 67, 68 or 69 Firebirds, even at large car shows. It is an attention getter on the street.
Nicely done Firebird. Mild but solid street cruiser. The 3:90 rear (same as my my 408 ci Nova) is a little tough on the Interstate with the Muncie. 4 spd but great around town.
Hi I call the 69 a Second Gen because the 67 and 68 body panels don’t fit on a 69. The Camaro was the same way. Engines and Trannies are interchangeable I forget if the rears are. Too many cars to remember!! Both Firebird and Camaro’s for 69 are my favorites. One Year only!!! Great Videos Thank You 🙏
All 3 years were unique. The 67 had quarter vent windows and no marker lights on the quarters or wrap around lights on the front fender; the 68 and 69 did. They're all 3 first gen's, the underpinnings are the same with a few cosmetic changes.
Any states you recommend I should have a look into and research. I an Aussie so I don't want to have to deal with bad winters. I also love guns as well so I was looking at states like Texas and Tennessee@@musclecarcampy9922
A sweet 1st gen bird with a excellent vintage drivetrain, just need to straighten out the antenna like it left the factory.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I'm watching from Japan. 1969Fire Bird is great.I want to get on.

Muscle Car Campy loves Amsterdam! Didn’t see any classic American cars. Maybe I need to go back.

We agree.
Awesome! Thanks for look!
Thx for watching.
Those were the days 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙😎
Another nice tin Indian pony car. A stick shift, with a 3.90 12 bolt. "Sweet".
Lots of rpm on the highway, but definitely mean.
What a fantastic car! Keep them coming!
We will!
Nice car👌

Great car! I friend of mine is working on a 69 as well. Still Poncho powered, and Muncie 4 speed!

The color makes this car.
@@musclecarcampy9922 The red and numbers and white lettering look great on the silver, along with red red brake calipers.
Sounds awesome looks awesome
Can’t argue with that logic.
I have a 69 just like this but mine is a Blue rag top with it’s original 400 4 speed. I love my first gen
There's something wonderful about these first-gen Firebirds.

Like the ‘57 Chevy, it was an end-of-cycle styling refresh on a two-year old design.
Just a face lift really definitely can’t call it a second Gen

I'm am E-body mopar guy but I would drive the wheels off that baby.
Right? Special vehicle.
I rode in a '69 when it was a ten year old car. It was burnt orange with a black vinyl top and a saddle-colored gut, 350 and TH 350, and Rally IIs.
When or if I move to the USA if I get the chance I gotta get one of these as its my dream car
Worth living here just for the car.

I had a special one 1969 girebird with a factory rubber nose it looked just like a gto but it was firebird
Nice sporty cars but at 128 mph well.ive drove faster 1968 dodge dart 440 4 barrel it would hit 150.mph plus now thats fast and stock
