The repair bay has always been wonky when it comes to repairing blocks. I've played on Official Vanilla for years, and sometimes it works fine, other times it steels all your mats unless you cancel it. The best way is to only place the exact amount you need to repair it.
Eve is dominated by a couple of very large very cliquey alliances. They tell the developers what to do, which is why they nerfed hisec into the ground to stop single players and small alliances from being able to do anything constructive. Its also where you can deliberately ram another ship in Hisec and it not be classed as an aggressive act. Its the standard tactic to stop the large transports from aligning and being able to jump, and if any body else in the corp tries to help/retaliate they get annihilated by the police and the pirates can then clean up with impunity. Guys, I'm done listening to you bitching and moaning ahout everything. I want to watch and enjoy your guys' streams and have it be a positive experience. I keep thinking that once you guys grow and get better at the game, the childish temper tantrums and the spoiled and entitled whining disguised as opinions would get less and less but it doesn't. I'm done with the constant barrage of negativity, I'm unfollowing and done watching your streams. You guys have some serious maturing to do, jesus christ.

do the survey missions for uch and ones from the starter sectors to explore all the planets and ull get alot of nav data to get more warp range
