Where is the Hospital , water treatment and sewage disposal facilties. Doctors and Dentist surgery for the people who will reside in this place as you cannot rely on the existing infrastructure.
It’s a great concept, these are valid questions… but I feel like you’re missing the point here. Also, could you build it yourself? Could you envision this? I’m guessing the answer is no, so let’s give them a chance.
@@ironshorefilms always missing a point when you have a mind to think outside the box. My intent was not to put down people's efforts but to ask pertinent questions.
Why is it only the Hotels have access to the beach? This is a big disrespect. You need to have a residential aspect to help make this project a success, but you are slapping them in their face.
It’s all Lame people with No Brains doing all this, Jamaica claiming all these developments and no Credible medical facilities , They just ready to move forward!!
Our beaches are taken away from Jamaicans because our parents and Grand parents stood by and allow it to happen. And we are doing the same. Because we continue to sit back. If we do not talk up, make ourselves aware about our surroundings AMD community happenings. We also have to send out petitions and lobby our Governement and MPs to stop these things before they put into effect. Our lack of education and lack of voting on policies and principles are what causes us to be so powerless over the years.....and when we get old we find ourselves in a horrible society that we Sat quietly and watch deteriorate. Jamaican need to stop use política and talk about "who wear Clarks" and who's mother and father are this party and that psrty so that's what they voting on, instead of voting on policies and progress. We need to educate ourselves and become more active in what's happening I our communities and country ....
So, does anyone think the average jamaican will be able to buy apartments or rent in Eco Vista?? I hope it's a success, tho. I like the new concept. Ucc really love love money. Is this a UCC project?

Well I hope they didn’t cut down the mangrove they refer to in order to build this Ecovista
And it will only line the pockets of the rich investors. The native Jamaicans won't be able to use the beach or contemplate owning one of the houses.
Makes No Sense to Keep Adding More and More Housing Stock,When You Don't have Enough Water for the Locals
