The size of the domestic helper's room is a borderline human rights violation. 3K sqft unit and the developer can't even give the helper a proper living space. It's pretty dystopian that the walk-in wardrobe can probably fit 5 helper's rooms. That and being suffocated by the hot aircon exhaust. I guess rich people with no class won't care.
Human right issues? What Human right? Most properties especially condos/apartments are 3 bedder..thus if you have one boy one girl and both your parents have to stay with you...where to squeeze them.. don't talk about 3 kids and more..
Just buy a bigger house if you want a bigger maids room.. most Malaysians crave for one thing as they earn more and that’s more and more and much better quality of space but when it comes to maids room if the developer builds the maids room so big that it reduces the overall space and the perceived space that the owners have then owners won’t be as willing to buy condo since most people can easily buy landed at a further location . 3.5k sqft if you have 150 sqft of it is maid room is alr enough but if you have a house for example 10000 sqft above then go ahead with a bigger maid room since owners of that class won’t even care abt money so much anymore but I get what you mean. Keep in mind this is a condo . People can instead hire part time maids that clean for them instead of having a stranger living in your house anyway
@@_ryanguitarchannel9679 do you know 150sf is actually very huge? that maid's room can't even fit a queen-sized bed that's less than 30sf. that's how bad it is!
Great video as usual! In 26:35, those row of houses are 2.5 - 3 storey terrace houses. The designs are quite quirky. Was looking to buy a renovated 3 storey house at the upper row for RM1.3 million in early 2023 but ultimately decided not to as the area is too old with a number of abandon houses with little to no upkeep. Plus the row of shops mentioned are quite minimal. Maybe it could be due to post covid times. Nevertheless it made the area quite dead and feel quite "haunted" and "dark" when driving back at night.
Small feedback. Actually some countries already have legal requirement that the glass door in the toilet needs to be either sliding, or opening outwards. This is a safety issue if someone faints inside the shower area the body will block the door from opening inwards and the emergency services will need to break the glass door to access the victim. For such a luxury design and build I am surprised that they didn’t consider this.
think of Robson Height before, but give up after looking at location, near to Tien Hou Temple, and guess what behind all the mountains? its old cementry area.
At first, the guardhouse caught my attention cos the design looks quite atas compared to those we usually sees. But then when you said each floor only have 2 units, ok this one definitely atas hahaha😂
That is the elevated forest I wrote about in the video where different patches of trees were tested for diversity, by eco village(?). If you walk up on one of the side roads into the forested area you get a better feel for nature than in the park north of KL Sentral. It further away from heavy traffic.
Thanks for the inspiring insight! Can you do a review on Sunway Alishan that is located near ekochears? ,it is low dense and much smaller than Aetas Seputeth
You've reviewed properties around Cochrane, how about a bit further at Connaught? Same MRT line, a bit further but still in the heart of Cheras. Specifically Connaught One. Would love to hear your 3 on 3.
the toilet “dry area” without wall tiles will be a disaster, the wall plaster definitely will pops up due to moisture and you can see the ugly walls surface peeling off in future
Visited as its show gallery just downstairs of my house. At this high price, really I can get a great landed dy and yet location wise still okr is more convenient 😊 didn't create a wow as other 3000sqft projects, like Minh, yet in much higher price
I guess some people choose convenience over space but I definitely prefer more space in a landed. Tbh Malaysian housing is considered affordable compared to other countries but if we’re talking abt our weak salaries and ringgit then yes the price is still expensive for most right hahaha
@@_ryanguitarchannel9679it's true but if it's convenient like Northpoint with link bridge with mv then it's still OK. 3.5mil can go for 1 acre luxury landscape land
Thanks for sharing. Well I think the team has changed in my opinion lah, but like you said it's best to make informed decisions by checking their previous work.

yup,UK talks about height, type of glass, thivkness and stds to detect nickel sulphide but thats it no door requirements...
thats not a forest reserved... THAT"S IS CHINESE CEMENTERY ZONE, around 250-300 acres !!

Excellent review of Avaland's second masterpiece!
Well I love it personally. Too bad it’s beyond my budget:/
@@iherng With determination and effort, you should be able to afford another masterpiece by Avaland several years later. Not too late!
