You need to look ing it. It's an old well established place.

I love places such as these, so much to buy and try - i remember eating sandwich from a NYC deli that was many inches thick with meats etc
Been yo that market and its amazing, had a roast beef sandwich in my lunch break when being on trauma surgeon course in NY, it was absolutely a 10 out of 10.
Crusty bead and cheese got to be with piccalilli, the best .

DJ has finally found somewhere decent off the tourist trap track. You could get lunches from there on a regular basis. Prices are reasonable.

Thats the place locals go for food , places like this are hard to find in big cities like NYC but when you do find them damn it’s worth the trip !! I live across the river in Jersey and I worked in NYC and didn’t know about this place , thanks for the tip Darren.

Our supermarkets need to take note on the rubbish they serve us
A Deli is quite different to a regular supermarket. Supermarkets have much less of a selection. There’s much more choice in UK supermarkets.
Try out rudys bar n grill. They give out free hotdogs with each drink. Would be a nice change to see you in a dive bar environment too 😊
Picallili and cheddar cheese sandwich. Oh, yes.
It's only a proper sandwich when bits drop out. lol. Also if you order a taco plate with beans and rice and the taco is drippy you let it fall in the rice and eat that last.

Your Huge Open Deli Sandwich looked very Tasty and really Good value for your money. I really Enjoyed watching your video DJ. Smart Phones are really Good at Filming. What an amazing looking deli sandwich DJ. The honey mustard must have just highlighted all those beautiful flavours. I remember going to a deli on the upper west side when I was last there early 00s. Amazing NYC food. Sorry to hear about your DGi camera lost.

HI Darren Wow what a great Baguette you had there and plenty of filling and great value for the price and what a great section of fresh food and what a size of supermarket ande Deli Counter.
As you know here in the Uk most of those Deli Counters have gone in the Uk everything now is all prepacket and you hardly see a human being now even the checkouts do not have anyone people are two lazy now they sit at home and order everything on the phone that is why I am sorry to say some people in the UK do not want to work unless they have to

That deli puts a lot of places (both here and from some of what I've seen in the US) to shame. Brill. Genuine question: what do the New Yorkers call a baguette? I'm sure they use different terms.
