Im 63 and quit wearing makeup a few years ago. Ive got a great part time job that I love and I'm thinking its time to take the plunge and get back to a bit of color. I love rose marie, shes such a classey, beautiful woman and she makes aging look fun!!
Rms is my favorite brand. Concealer, buriti btonzer, lip2cheeks and kakadu oil. I also love mascara but my favorite is ilia. My skin looks great because of rms and it has healed from acne scars. ❤
In my late forties and was feeling like I needed to revamp my make up because my skin has definitely gotten dryer. Feeling like my look has been flat and dull. I looked at several different lines, and landed on RMS. My products are in route and after watching this, I’m even more excited to try them out. I have super sensitive skin so I hope I can tolerate the sunscreen serum as you mentioned you were allergic. Hoping I can manage the eye lights product as I’ve been using matte shadows forever. But I’m wanting the fresh faced, more glowy look you achieved in this video so thanks for the review!
I am 50 years old and have dry skin. I also live in a dry climate. That foundation and concealer fall apart on me, too! I do love the mascara, though. The eye lights caused an allergic reaction on my eyelids, which is very sad. I agree about the eyeshadow. I do love their bronzer and highlighter. I guess I only use a little amount, so I don’t find them sticky at all. Great review!
Thank you so much for your review. I’ve really been enjoying learning about the products and the owner herself. In one of her short videos Rosemarie Swift said that her blushes are not baked. They are a gel to powder formula. She doesn’t like baked makeup. She thinks it’s actually drying for the skin.
Hi Lindsey. I've bee watching you now maybe 3 or 4 years & always love your videos & look forward to them. 💜 I am still following you close on your quest for a new holy grail foundation as you also had me hooked on the Bite Beauty foundation. I also liked the Vapour soft focus. I do like the Ere Perez oat milk foundation, but I need to get some more. I liked that one best blended with another foundation though. Something I do always have in stock now is the Tower 28 spf tinted foundation..that one is pretty nice. I recently bought that blush in the same color you have & have been really loving it. I also love the Buriti bronzer & always have one of those in my stash. Those liquid eye lights look beautiful & I really love that eye look you did here!!! Both colors are beautiful!! Have a great evening.
3:44 see, I’m older and with mature skin, but I have a love / hate relationship with using my fingers to apply foundation. Growing up in the 90s, we had liquid foundation or cream foundations from brands like Merle Norman or Mary Kay and I couod never use liquid (we didn’t have brushes or sponges really back then) because using my fingers it always was so so patchy. I had to use cream foundations with a sponge and I didn’t like a sponge until it was caked u. Makeup (thanks beauty blender for fixing this
RMS is amazing..the mascara is the best ever...even better than Chanel. The eyelights are beautiful but what I can't live with is crystal slipper hydra blush which I use all over my face and as all over light brownish color to cut the sallowness then I go in with French rose as my actual blush.
Thanks for the products review. My skin- and eye color is similar to yours, so it is really helpful to see the products on you. Your look and the colors you chose are beautiful! Ps. My biggest problem with RMS is coconut oil. It is in almost all of their products and is prone to clogging pores and break outs.
Love RMS. I tried this brand this brand just this year and have already ordered multiple times. So good. I’d like the lip in another type of package but it is also far more sustainable so I get that.

A stark contrast from Laura Geller!!

8:49 as someone who prefers a more dewy finish, this helped me know it wouldn’t be for me. But, it looks amazing on u!

How long did it wear ?
First of all you are critiquing RMS but advertising Jones Road with your mirror. Very poor move on your part.
