What can I use if I can't get the lime curd? I've seen recipes that use melted vanilla frosting and white chocolate chips. Would it work just using the juice and the lime zest????

Oh, and no you cannot just use lime juice and zest to make this fudge unless you make homemade lime curd using the juice and zest.
You can actually use lime jello. There's a whole recipe that Dylan Hollis found that works perfectly.
