@thenerdcaveyt my fiancé is the enchanted pulling queen. 3/5 boxes we've pulled one. She went to the shop for the set 4 box on release day, and said, "Can I get the 3rd box down. I feel something from that box!" 🤣 all 3 of the enchanted have been opened by her! 😒

Really happy you're enjoying it, there is an argument for Tipping away from the theme a bit to run something like Robin Hood but that's dealer's choice. 😀

I recently found tcgs and decided to invest in Lorcana. It was a way I could get my daughter to show interest in it so far.
I picked up the Illumineers Quest to play alone and also team up with her.
I definitely want to get into the tournaments to win some of the rare items but it seems intimidating as I'm new to tcgs.
Your deck gives me the confidence to go try it out.
I believe I have most cards you mentioned. As Ive picked up all the starter decks and booster packs for each set. I do have a sorcerer's hat enchanted card that seems so awesome to have.

I’m working on my first deck and when I saw the brooms they immediately seemed pretty good. Not surprised there’s a whole broom deck already.
Definitely just now hitting a point of being meta relevant. I think if they add some more next set it could really be competitive.

I use Thebes in my Broom deck, pairs up really great with those Rush characters

I love my broom deck, it’s pretty similar to yours. I run Chernabogs Followers as my second one drop for the card draw and Bruno Madrigal instead of Sorcerers Hat for the lore. I also have a little more hard removal - a couple Along Came Zeus and Fire the Cannons. Loved hearing your logic for all the cards, it was definitely helpful!

Been playing a lot of blurple. Somehow every tournament I have played it at (set champs included I won something) but I just used my credit to pick up blue steel cards with hopes of maybe pivoting to red blue for the set 4 set champs down the line. Brooms still seem a little underpowered at the moment but flynn rider in a red steel with gustav giant seems fun to try and obviously mufasa red yellow with the new self damage rapunzel type cards seems fun yet decently strong too moving forward for off meta.
Totally agree with this & blue/red is definitely top tier right now. I personally have my eyes on Emerald/Amber song discard. It seems really fun & quite competitive. I have a deck tech on my list coming soon! 😀
I am most deffinitely trying this deck out, can't wait to see if people love it or hate it.
I don't think it will necessarily be the new big meta definer but it's a lot of fun & it's finally at least in the competitive sphere.
@@thenerdcaveyt I'm not known for playing meta decks anyways. I have done a green queen deck with robin hood and tailor mickey in the past. As well as evasives flood.
@@MatTheArtisan there's a kid where I play who runs red/green evasive & he generally does pretty well. I don't think he's won overall with it yet but he's had some solid placement.

Broom Jafar or Broom Fairy Godmother are both options I considered. I think Fairy godmother doesn't get enough love personally. I played a deck with her during set 2 that was pretty awesome.

I love the broom deck idea but this list needs a few mroe ways to deal with items, one flatten em is not enough either include a couple benja or another flatten
Totally respect that opinion, in the current meta that's probably true but I don't think Benja is the solution personally. It was tough to make cuts & still make the deck feel focused.
considering dropping yugioh for this game im either building this or a alice in wonderland themed deck
Love to hear it, I actually know several ex yu-gi-oh folks who play. I've heard yugioh has kind of been on a downtrend although I don't claim to keep up. Hope the videos help you to learn the game!

I am currently between the jetsam and floatsam combo or something like this with brooms.
Their combo is pretty crazy, they are REALLY good in draft, damn near unbeatable.

For the playmat yes but you're still well inside the window for the booster box. I haven't quite had a chance to record that one yet.

@shanphelps depends on the caliber of the tournament..if you buy singles though you can definitely build something semi-competitive for around $100
